DELIVERY & RETURNS
Indian Sweet Boxes have an agreement in place with Hermes, Royal Mail & DPD to ensure you order is delivered carefully and on-time. We will provide shipping and tracking info as appropriate as per you order.
In the unlikely event of delivery issue, you must report any delivery or item damages within 48 hours accompanied with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org One of the team members will call you to discuss replacement or other options as appropriate and that best fit your requirements.
All orders are usually acknowledged within four hours during working hours and shipped according to the delivery options you have chosen. If our inventory control system fails to inform you of 'out of stock' items or products, we will contact you to discuss options. This very rarely happens!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As our products are commonly used for food products, unfortunately we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after delivery. However, we will happily assist where we can. All damages or product queries MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery, please email email@example.com and we will discuss the options with you.
